Microneedling is carried out at our clinic in Sworders Yard, off North Street, in the centre of Bishop's Stortford (CM23 2LD). There is pay-and-display parking in Sworders Yard and at Northgate End car park, and we are a 5-minute walk from Bishop's Stortford station.

What is Collagen Induction Therapy?
It is our microneedling facial, using SkinPen Elite. Microneedling creates tiny channels in the skin, which encourages the skin's own collagen and elastin production and lets skincare ingredients reach deeper.
What happens during the treatment?
Each session includes a double cleanse and tone, microneedling with SkinPen Elite on the face (or face, neck and décolletage), a hydrating and cooling sheet mask, and SPF to finish.
Can microneedling help with scarring?
Microneedling is used to improve the appearance of acne scarring, uneven texture, fine lines and enlarged pores. Scarring can be tricky: depth, the age of the scar and your skin type all affect how well it responds, so book a consultation and we will walk you through realistic options.
Can I wear makeup afterwards?
Ideally not for 24 hours, so your skin gets the most from the treatment. If you need to, choose a gentle mineral makeup.
