If you are using a gift voucher, please select the facial ‘paying with gift voucher’ just add a note on there with the facial you’d like.
Not sure of which facial to have? No problem! All our facials include a full, detailed consultation so we can discuss your skin history and all your treatment options when you come in to the clinic.

Things that may interrupt your dreamy facial
If you’ve had recent Botox or filler, please send us a message before you book so we can discuss the timeline.
Please bear in mind if you have a cold sore, we are unable to treat you with a facial, however depending on availability, you can have a Dermalux LED treatment which will speed up healing time.
Also if you are sun burnt, we’ll have to rearrange your facial (please don’t get sunburnt! Wear SPF all year round!)
Cancellation & reschedule
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any of your appointments.
All cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment time, will result in the loss of your deposit.
Late arrival
If you arrive late to your appointment, your facial will end at the scheduled finish time and full payment will be taken.
We will always accommodate where we can but our facialists work on a back to back schedule and it wouldn't be fair to impact another clients start time.
