After many years of struggling with my own skin, and not knowing where to start or who to turn to - I kept thinking wouldn't it be great if I could go to a beautiful space, sit down with a professional, receive expert guidance, and feel confident in my skin again.

I searched high and low, spent way too much money, and still couldn't find the answer. That's when I decided to leave my career in London and retrain in my passion - Skin.

At The Face Tonic, we're PASSIONATE about skin, giving our clients (who we ADORE) the confidence to go bare faced if and when they fancy and feel amazing.

I wanted to create a space you can enjoy and love while we take care of your skin. Our clients come to the clinic for peace, relaxation, to invest time in themselves and most importantly - to achieve their goal of healthy skin that looks incredible!

Lucy joined The Face Tonic team in 2021 after spending five years living in Thailand. After experiencing acne that appeared unexpectedly, she came to us as a client, determined to heal her skin and rebuild her confidence. Together we achieved her skin goals — and the rest is history.

Now our incredible Clinic Manager, Lucy is truly the heart of The Face Tonic. She knows everything there is to know about our clients, their journeys, and of course, their skin. Her knowledge is second to none, and she plays a vital role in ensuring the clinic runs seamlessly while maintaining the highest standard of care.

Lucy has undertaken extensive skin training and has worked with a wide range of complex and challenging skin cases. She has a real passion for acne and other confidence impacting skin concerns, understanding first hand the emotional toll they can take. Her empathy, experience, and dedication make her an exceptional practitioner and leader.

With her infectious personality, huge smile, and unmistakable laugh, Lucy brings warmth and positivity to every room. You are always in the safest, most capable hands with her.

Katie is our wonderful facial and laser specialist, bringing years of experience and advanced training within the industry. With a strong background in skin health and cutting edge laser treatments, she combines expert knowledge with a meticulous, results driven approach to ensure every client receives personalised care tailored to their goals.

Her warm, welcoming nature instantly puts clients at ease, creating a calm and supportive experience from consultation to aftercare, which is exactly why we love her.

Nurse Haylee joins us in collaboration with MC Aesthetics, bringing her expertise as an experienced Nurse Prescriber with a strong passion for medical aesthetics. With an advanced background and a keen eye for natural enhancement, Haylee specialises in delivering subtle, tailored results that prioritise long term skin health and confidence.

Her approach is centred around safety, education, and treatments designed entirely around your individual goals. Combining professionalism with a calm, kind hearted nature, Haylee creates a welcoming experience where you instantly feel comfortable and in very safe hands.
